Even in the best of times, many seniors find themselves isolated and alone, some with no place to call home. The Corona virus has only amplified the problem. Institute on Aging provides a number of services for this most vulnerable segment of our society. Two campaigns were developed using social media, OOH and PSA videos, One was pre-vaccine, and the second was created after the vaccine was made available. Both campaigns are intended to bring the issues facing the elderly to the forefront, and to recruit volunteers to join the Friendship Line program to  actively engage with seniors in their hometown.
